On 26 May 2026, EU Cotton organized a press event at Hotel St. George in Helsinki, with the participation of representatives of the press and opinion leaders. The event formed part of the program’s communication activities in Finland and aimed to increase awareness of European cotton among key media and communication audiences.
During the event, representatives of EU Cotton presented the objectives of the program and highlighted the identity, quality and value of European cotton. Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of choosing materials with clear origin and strong production standards, especially in a fashion environment where consumers and professionals are increasingly interested in transparency and responsibility.
