Highlights from the recent EU COTTON Press Event in Copenhagen
The recent EU COTTON Press Event took place on June 3rd, with great success in the heart of Copenhagen, bringing together stakeholders from the textile sector, sustainability advocates, and media representatives. The event was hosted at the historic Kunsthal Charlottenborg, home to the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. Guests were welcomed with a reception in the courtyard of the venue, located right next to the iconic Nyhavn canal — one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks. The event was officially opened with welcome remarks by Mr. Minas Ounanian, Deputy Head of Mission at the Greek Embassy in Denmark. The keynote speaker, Moussa Mchangama, a leading strategic facilitator and change agent in Nordic cultural conversations, delivered a powerful talk on the subject of sustainability, connecting environmental consciousness with broader cultural and social shifts.
