The workshop held as part of the collaboration with Beckmans College of Design demonstrated in practice how sustainability can be creatively integrated into contemporary fashion design. Following the fashion show and the presentation of the themed collection made from European sustainable cotton, the workshop brought together graduating students from Beckmans as well as students from other institutions, creating an open space for the exchange of ideas and experiences.
Participants had the opportunity to discuss practical approaches to sustainable production, the role of materials, and the importance of responsible design thinking. The workshop strengthened the ongoing dialogue around the role of young creators in shaping a more transparent, ethical, and environmentally conscious fashion industry, highlighting the power of education and collaboration.
